Bocs Pochade yn y Gwynt | Pochade box in the Wind

Updated: Mar 12

Mae'r tywydd wedi bod ofnadwy. Dydy heddiw ddim llawer rhy dwym chwaith. Ond, o leia dydy hi ddim yn bwrw glaw. Felly, ar ôl cinio, mentrais i i'r ardd i ddechrau defnyddio fy bocs pochade am y tro cyntaf. Roedd y box wedi bod dipyn yn sigledig ar y trybedd, felly symudais i y braced mwy agos i'r canol gwaelod y bocs. Mae e'n edrych wedi mantoli yn well nawr. Dim glaw, ond mae'n dal tipyn gwyntog ar ôl y gwyntogau cryf neithiwr, felly roedd y papur cegin yn siglo ar ei linyn e. Dw i'n meddwl bod bydd angen clipynau pan bydda i'n defnyddio e go iawn. Beth bynnag, dyma ychydig o luniau o fy ymgais cyntaf.

The weather has been terrible. Today is not too hot either. But, at least it's not raining. So after lunch, I ventured into the garden to start using my pochade box for the first time. The box had been a bit shaky on the tripod, so I moved the bracket closer to the bottom center of the box. It seems better balanced now. No rain, but it is still windy after the strong winds last night, so the kitchen paper was swinging on its string. I think clips will be needed when I use it in anger. Anyway, here are a few photos from my first attempt.

Rhaid i mi ymarfer! Mae'n mwy am yr ysbryd na chywirdeb! Braslun yw e.

I must practice! It's more about the spirit than accuracy! It's a sketch.
